China Restaurant Kolaila - Bonn

Nice place, not cheap, but delicious otiginal Chinese cuisine.

Definitely one of the few authentic Chinese restaurants in Bonn. Much of the menu is Sichuan style, but there are items for those too who want something less spicy. The pork belly with preserved vegetables (Haka style was excellent. The fish stew with green Sichuan peppercorns and chillies was great too the fish (tilapia? tasted fresh, the soup was fragrant and the very spicy as it should be! If you can take the heat, I highly recommend it. I will be back to try more...

Value for money isn’t so great since prices are quit high for the quality of food. Personell barely speak English

The food was ok and the atmosphere is typical Asian. However, it took 1 hour before we got the food. In addition, the three of us did not get the food together. Almost 15 20 minutes between us. This is not good customer service and no excuses. Conclusion, I will not recommend the place. Comment to the answer from the owner below. This has nothing to do with C 19 restrictions. Pepole at the table next to us came after us and got their food way before us. We were just forgotten by the kitchen. That's it. :

Friendly staff and eating is made with fresh and genuine ingredients (I really liked the real schichuan pfeffer). are beautiful and big enough. the restaurant is also clean and modern. can't really complain about everything!
