I sat with a friend at the café for several hours and it was nice. The food as well as the drinks were expensive and okay. We both had one of the sandwich s and it was really not overwhelmingly good. The quality of the ingredients has been tasted, but as a sandwich it tasted uncoordinated. Coffee was good, cake was good, but nothing noticeably good (for it was a little more expensive). I'd come back for the atmosphere and let me have a coffee. If I order food, I would try new ones.
This café in Bonn is by far my favorite! They not only serve really good coffee, but also have a fantastic selection of cakes, tarts, quiches, sandwiches, fresh juices and more - all made in-house from organic ingredients and incredibly tasty. I've tried several items like the juice with beetroot, cinnamon rolls, and lemon tart, and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend stopping by this café, especially since you can also enjoy sitting outside on the patio in the summertime. If you're in a rush, they offer takeaway options as well. The staff is very friendly, and I will definitely be back on my next visit to Bonn!
I enjoyed the café mainly for its vegan cake, but I found the hot chocolate to be a bit bitter and not very hot, possibly due to the type of plant milk used. The long queue to order was a downside, with a wait of at least 15 minutes due to limited staff on a busy Sunday afternoon. The furniture and facilities were modern and new, but I would have preferred more cozy corners and better use of space in the café, as there were not enough tables for its size.
