Pizza Hut - Bonham

You would think a medium pizza with extra pepperoni and light cheese wouldn’t be too terribly difficult to make. After 45 minutes I got pepperoni covered in jalapeño and regular cheese, called and they said they would re make it. Another 45 minutes later I’m sitting here with double cheese on a cold half raw pizza. Guess I’ll make a sandwich for dinner at this point. I don’t recommend this location unless you don’t care what you get on your pizza, how warm it is, if it’s cooked all the way or how long it takes.

I just paid $18 for a pizza. Got it home and the whole pizza is dark brown and black. Burnt!

This is one of the last of its kind, a relic struggling to survive in a world of drive-thru delivery. With tables and chairs, booths and TV's, it's a shame that it holds more memories than seated customers these days.The service is service, nothing to brag or complain about, which in itself, I consider a win. The atmosphere always seems optimistic, as if it's expecting to host its local baseball team's most recent victory. The food is consistent with management quick to right any wrongs. The only thing missing is the crowd.

WOULD NOT ORDER OR EAT HERE AGAIN.On my first order they did not give me some of my food I ordered. I called them and they said they could only give store credit and that was it. I ordered from them again a month and a half later and wanted to use the store credit. The manager was rude and then told me the store credit only last a month and it can’t last forever. Nothing was said when they first gave me the store credit about it only lasting a month. Terrible service here and they took my 20 bucks.
