Does not answer phone when trying to place order. Answer the phone your loosing business after 10 pm . Online ordering is messed up. Won't accept order for delivery to job location. But will deliver to the same location if you can ever get them on the phone.

Husband is home for the holidays Domino's has been great each time we ordered. Friendly nice delivery people fast.

I too had a horrible experience with the manager. I ordered delivery through the app, but never received it. I had prepaid the 25% tip and donated to St Jude’s, btw. When I called and spoke with the manager I was accused of lying to get a free pizza and told to check with my neighbor’s to see who stole my pizza. It was obvious the driver left my pizza at the wrong address, but he refused to acknowledge they made a mistake. I had to go in person to get a refund when another manager was on duty. I will never give this place my business ever again and can’t believe they would give someone with that kind of attitude a management position. So sad that Bonham can’t treat their customers any better than this. I think his name was Trevor as well.
