Rangla Punjab Indian - Bongaree

Ordered 3 curries. Chicken was dried chunks of meat that had clearly been reheated. Dahl was liquid and vegetable curry sort of had a few vegetables in it. Definitely one of the worst Indian meals we have ever had. We won't be back.

We love Indian food, and have eaten it at many Indian restaurants over the years This however was the worst Indian meal we've ever had. The dishes all had a "muddy" flavour. It was impossible to tell what we were actually eating, and each dish tasted much the same. We ate less than half our order ($61), although we usually eat everything. We didn't even bother doggy bagging the leftovers - even for the dog!We sat outside on the edge of the carpark. Inside was too hot and stuffy. We mentioned that we were unhappy with our meal and were brushed off.

Every Wednesday they have a buffet for $20. We have been to Rangla Punjab but never tried the buffet and we won't do it again. It was very disappointing. First of all quite a few of the dishes were empty!! We were late for Bribie, 6.30!! We had to ask for more! Then we tried the chicken dishes, and and the chicken pieces looked like plastic!!! It tasted okay, but somehow it put you off. The staff was very friendly and it was quite busy.
