La Sierrita Mexican Grill

So if you haven't been here you need to go. We went as a large party 10+ and they took amazing care of us. I don't remember what the photo I took was called but that drink was delicious and the food matched. I don't visit Pueblo often but I will surely stop here when I do!

We had 12 people in our party! They pushed some tables togathet and seated us very quickly. They handed out the menus. Brought out chips and hot sauce brought out our drinks quickly and kept the top off. The menu options are very numerous. Our party was all over the menu some asking for special variations. The food came out very quick. The food was excellent and the portions are very large. I live in Missouri we can not get good Mexican food where we live!

The service was outstanding, and the restaurant is tidy and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious! It's definitely one of our favorite discoveries. I highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly and the tables were clean. The chips and salsa were decent, but the salsa didn't taste very fresh. The birria tacos were quite enjoyable. However, the asada burrito was bland and not very appealing. The chicharrón and pastor tacos were excellent when paired with some lime.

We ordered chips and salsa, carne asada fries, shrimp tacos, and pastor tacos. Everything was delicious, but the highlight of the meal was definitely the tacos al pastor. The birria sope could have used a little more seasoning, but a dash of their salsa easily solved that. I really wish I had taken a picture of the fantastic cheese pull from the carne asada fries, but we couldn’t resist diving right in!
