The place is packed everyday for lunch so the dinner hours are best if your looking for a laid back atmosphere. TVS are throughout for those lulls in conversation. The spring rolls are delicious and pork/shrimp noodle bowl is to die for, delicious.
Holy Smoke it is extremely good! In the same plaza as Cuban Cafe. Rough call they are both amazingly good. Saigon Noodle house is definitely a favorite. Good Stuff!

No frills, but food is always very and so is the service. Quick lunch service. My go-to Pho spot!
