Potato Po-ta-toe - Bonaire

I appreciate the prompt response from the owner. There was a miscommunication, but I trust it will be resolved going forward. Kudos for taking the time to address my concerns. My mother and I visited this restaurant last week. We placed an order through Menufy, a third-party app. We were given a pick-up time, but when my mother arrived, an additional 20 minutes were added before our order was ready. Even then, we were informed that they were out of Kartoffels. I tried to get a refund, but was told to go through Menufy, which was frustrating. I thought this place must be good if it's always busy. After contacting the app, I was told my refund was on the way. Fast forward to today, I called ahead and placed an order for 2:51pm with a requested pick-up time of 3:30pm. Upon arrival, I had to wait until 3:50pm for my order to be ready. I wanted to speak with the owner to inform them that I had not received my refund yet, but they did not come out. I understand there may not have been anything they could do, but I just wanted to share my feedback. Overall, the service was a 6/10, quality of the food was an 8/10, wait time was a 6/10, value for the money was an 8/10, and the atmosphere was a 7/10. I probably won't be returning to this restaurant as I didn't feel particularly welcome. A smile and some communication could go a long way.

I recently visited this restaurant and I am thrilled. I ordered twice and both meals were delicious. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are worth it. I highly recommend trying this place, I assure you will not be disappointed.

This place is great. the prices are reasonable, the selection is fantastic, the portions are massive and the service is friendly and attentive. they look forward to stopping there again when I am close. I wish they were in my city!

Great, I mean great the potato is so big with just about anything you could want on a potato. I had steak, shrimp and bacon, green peppers, red peppers, broccoli OMG, and my granddaughter, daughter and myself all got full from that one dish. And when I tell you the service was magnificent, I will give them a 100+ very nice business with very, very nice people. Oh please try that pineapple lemonade it was the boom. My sister in law bought her a gallon of it to take home. Just give it a try, you will love it. Wish I had some now. I will be going back although I live about 50 miles away.
