Chef Tony's Modern Chinese - BOMADERRY

My wife and I recently had dinner at Chef Tony's and we were extremely impressed. The food was incredible and Tony himself was a delight. It's no wonder the locals rave about this place - it truly was one of the best meals I've ever had. The flavors were authentic and the portions were generous. If you find yourself in the area, make sure not to miss out on this hidden gem of a restaurant. Tony and his team are doing an amazing job - keep up the good work!

The restaurant staff is friendly and the establishment is located within a motel. Despite its simple appearance, the food is truly outstanding.

What a nice experience tonight at chef tony. after a rainy and cool summer day on the water everything we needed was a nice warm meal to keep us comfortable and relaxed. chef tony delivered exactly that, plus excellent service and a great atmosphere to enjoy it. with a party of nine we were warmly welcomed by tony himself, and his service style was quiet and yet efficient, also with a dining room full of guests. our meals were delicious and about our expectations of a standard Chinese meal. the dazzling bark was amazing and tenderly loved by all closely followed by the honey chicken dish. at the end of our meal we had an unpleasant experience with guests who did not properly log in, then after displaying signs of a cough passage, they were asked to have their meal as a more outlier due to COVID concerns, in the phase, some of the uncontrolled guests became rude and irate, and borderline racist with some of their comments. tony remained professional and reasonable with his asking that they take away instead of staying in the restaurant, and our whole party (9gues) agreed that this should take the right action for him. we felt safe and ensured tony's quick preventive action and thank him and his staff for being so safe in this sight. overall a wonderful experience in the name of chef tony and we will definitely be back!
