Gelateria Iceberg - Bolzano

We have enjoyed eating here gelato, the aromas taste good and the gelato is creamy. it is very close to the main square.

We did not eat too much ice cream this trip, but this place served what I considered the best. we had to go past the way back to the hotel, so we decided one night to try it and were impressed. my wife, a woman with simple ice cream flavor, asked for vanilla and mango. the owner did not think that this was a particularly good mix, so suggested to try his heavenly and offered a taste booster. the way and wise how the face of my wife illuminated quantities and the order was changed. the same thing happened to me as I always order amarena and “whatever” but my original choice was drunk and his suggestion (after tasting) was accepted. this place can not carry the same “handcrafted” weight, as places that crawl over such things, but in my opinion, it beats this type of space down. at 4 € for two tassen, with two huge creatures of delicious ice cream also worth good.

GF cones available. Had gelato twice, first day was told everything was GF but Oreo, gloves without asking, had pistachio and tiramisu; second day ordered the same, was told tiramisu was not GF(!! , had to ask for gloves. I’m sensitive, but couldn’t tell if I had a reaction or not. Delicious gelato overall.
