Bruschetteria - Bolzano

Very nice place to cool down after a day in the mountains. Amazing cocktails, good music, everything you need to relax. Good location in the city center.

Strolling through Bozen we found this little kind of hidden cafe/bar/sidewalk restaurant. It was perfect for a little afternoon aperitif (Aperol Spritz) and a snack (the tasty classic bruchetta and a salad). Though this place was bumping, the service was fast and friendly. The crowd...seems to be an interesting mix of locals and tourists, great for people watching. The charm of the place are the many cute and funny little nick nacks and artsy details. Definitely worth to check out!

Fischbanke is by far the nicest terrace in Bolzano. The operator is a friendly older gentleman with a pipe. Various wines by the glass and delicious tapas. The terrace is a colourful collection of self-painted signs with spells, lanterns and umbrellas! We wanted to eat...somewhere, but stayed on this cozy terrace ... Are you in Bolzano, then really along Fischbanke and just linger!

Nice place for a drink to sit and watch the tourists and locals walk by. Owner is very friendly. Quite a large selection of wines and cocktails. The bruschetta looked scrumptious but was expensive.

This what you would call a typical tourist trap. Too crowded on the surface available, 1 waiter to serve everyone, 1 maid in the kitchen. Can't make a reservation as our table was given to others as she doesn't check the name on the reservation. Food is expensive but fresh. A small choice. Not for dinner, only aperitivo, very important to realize that. Does not accept bank or credit cards. Not recommend. In the same and surrounding streets a lot more places to eat with same prices, better service, better food and a lot more class.
