We tried this not dancy, but great place and that was delicious. the prices are fair. bolu's just great.

I was born and raised in Bolu, and this place is definitely my favorite for pide and muhallebi (Ottoman-style dessert). Bolus is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

With years of experience, Boluda offers delicious pot dishes, especially lamb shank stew and crispy minced meat cooked on a wood fire, satisfying your taste buds without drying out.

This is truly a delicious local restaurant... During our vacation in Bolu, we stumbled upon BOL-AŞ Restaurant online while looking for options for pide and soupy dishes. Despite being a group of 30 family members, we were warmly welcomed even though we didn't have a reservation. The menu at the restaurant focuses on soupy dishes and pide, with doner kebab served on Tuesdays and Fridays. On that Sunday, we enjoyed et suyu (meat soup), yayla soup, lamb stew, eggplant kebab, beans, rice, and compote, all of which were incredibly tasty, served in generous portions, and priced unbelievably low. The service was warm and friendly, just like at home... For example, when we ordered dessert, the cutlery arrived for each person at the table without having to ask. Bread and water were unlimited and free. The traditional Bolu dish, lamb stew, featured tender, flavorful pieces of meat falling off the bone. The eggplant kebab was made with a whole piece of lamb meat wrapped in eggplant, unlike most places that use meatballs. We also tried their minced meat and cheese pides, with thin, crispy crust, abundant toppings, and flavorful butter making for a delicious bite. The rice pudding and bread pudding with buffalo cream were simply magnificent... We strongly recommend you give it a try.
