Vida Health Kitchen - Bolton

During a business trip to Bolton, I was taken to Vida Loca. It appears that they have recently transitioned from a health food café to a coffee shop. The welcome was warm and friendly, and we were promptly informed about the recent changes. There are three separate shops within the establishment, with the other two being a hair salon and a tattoo parlor. The coffees were delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend stopping by for a coffee.

This restaurant is fantastic and I can't fault it at all. The food is delicious and the staff are excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy dining option.

We had breakfast at Vida Health Kitchen. It was the only place open and we enjoyed a nutritious breakfast before heading to the gym.

I visit this place about four times a week! it's so nice that I'm relying on cooking my meals instead of plucking at home. everything is freshly cooked and there is a lot of choice. my favorite is the hunch and egg bagel on protein bagels....They are amazing that they should be on the menu all day, but breakfast stops at lunch the hunch teriyaki and halloumi wrap it devine! the personal is always friendly. keep them good work vida

Awesome experience...Nice clean premises,great friendly staff and fantastic healthy food.I cannot recommend this place enough...Pity I can't give more than Stars !!
