The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and always served hot and fresh. It's also a great value for the quality you receive.
Everything has been cooked to perfection can not wait to go next weeks reward again
I decided to try this restaurant for the first time with three other people. Upon arrival, we had to wait outside as there were already people standing in front of the open food counter, blocking our view of the food. Some patrons were allowed to wait inside, but the menu posted on the wall was unreadable due to the red background and small lettering. This was very frustrating. In contrast, other restaurants are asking patrons to wait in their cars for orders to be filled, which is a more considerate and COVID-safe approach. Unfortunately, the ill-mannered patrons at this restaurant are not helping it to become established. We ultimately left and went to Greek Garden, where we were asked to place our order and wait in our car for 15 minutes, a much more efficient and sensible way of handling the current situation.
I have been a customer of this restaurant for many years and have never had any issues until tonight. I ordered a takeout meal with a milkshake, and to my shock, I found about 10 pieces of black plastic in my drink. When we called to report the incident, all we received was a casual promise to make us another milkshake. This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. Even more so, the delivery service, Just Eat, only offered me £3 as compensation for the contaminated milkshake. If I had choked on the plastic pieces, it could have been a serious risk to my health. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be escalating this matter further by contacting the food standards agency.
