This place is a disgrace. They take your money and don’t deliver your order. I waited for two hours then had to cancel it. No refunds. Horrible staff and disastrous service. Avoid ordering.

I ordered from Deliveroo took about an hour and half arrived was cold was eating the ice cream and saw a hair absolutely vile

Last night, in the middle of the week, we ordered a sundae, a piece of cake, and two chocolate bars from this restaurant. Despite living less than a 10-minute drive away, the food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to be delivered. The sundae seemed to have been pre-made and frozen, resulting in freezer burn and making it inedible for a while. The chocolate bars had passed their expiry date and had sugar bloom.

After collecting my order as am sat eating the food we've noticed the taste and smell wasn't of food but overly cooked(burnt) food eventually getting through to them they said they were happy the way was the food had been cooked i got quite annoyed if it had been checked then why was the burnt order acceptable to pass on to a paying customer, anyways finally agreed to replace my order, 10 minutes after collecting some teeny wopper kid phones me up telling me I've ate most the food which clearly wasn't true No apology just trying to imply I wanted free food, no I felt embarrassed I immediately went back placed it on the counter I got all the mouth full attitudes 9f this little family run milkshake enterprise again ni apology, I walked out telling them I will not be parting with my money with this cowboy place again! Furthermore they've not taken in consideration on any covid19 precautions or government guidelines.

We were told our food would be ready in 1 hour, but it actually took over 2 hours. We tried calling the restaurant over 100 times and when they finally answered, the person on the other end didn't seem concerned that our food had gotten cold. They refused to refund us, making excuses and saying we needed to go through someone else. The chicken, wedges, and waffle were all cold and the waffle tasted like bananas instead of oreos. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we won't be ordering from them again. Customer service gets a 0/10 rating.
