Breightmet Golf Club - Bolton

Nice little course, well maintained with some interesting holes

Breightmet Golf Course is situated between the towns of Bury and Bolton. The course is an excellent test of your golfing skills. The course offers 18 holes with beautiful scenic views with the odd deer appearing within some wooded areas. It's definitely worth a visit, the professional there is very knowledgeable and offers assistance if required. Give it a go you won't regret it (5 Star)

Lovely course, tough challenging holes. Definitely recommend

Although I appreciate that July was particularly wet, holes 12-15 were nearly unplayable due to the state of the fairways. Losing balls in grass clippings is not great. Also the bunkers accross the course had no sand in them. Overall dissapointing.
