Chatime Bolton

Starting my review by stating that I am a passionate bubble tea enthusiast who has sampled bubble tea from numerous establishments throughout the Greater Toronto Area over the years. Unfortunately, the bubble teas from this particular restaurant were the most disappointing I have ever encountered. I ordered a selection of bubble teas for my family and myself, and they were all incredibly watered down and lacked the authentic flavors they should have had. For example, a Taro bubble tea is typically purple in color, but the one I received was a completely different shade.

Excellent service and amazing drink. The owner was so friendly and suggested popular drink and it was so delicious. Will be back again

Yesterday, we ordered a large quantity of Chatime for our wedding and Allison and her team were incredibly prompt and helpful with our order! They delivered it on time and were very responsive and accommodating. Our guests were delighted. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend them. I visited again this morning and my order was ready quickly. Thanks again to Allison and her team!

This was my first time at this location. Atmosphere was very modern and trendy. Seating and décor were all new and clean. Staff were very friendly, informative of their offerings and the drinks all tasted delicious. Minimal wait time as drinks were served quickly. I appreciate that the owners brought a bubble tea option to the Bolton Area. Owners are simply amazing and have proudly brought this business to the community. Will definitely be returning!

This is one of my favorite places to eat! The service is always quick and the drinks are always delicious. Today, the owner took the time to chat with my brother and me while we waited. He was so friendly and kind! I hope the restaurant continues to thrive and have lots of customers. Sending positive energy their way!
