On the contrary, it was the worst concoction of coarsely cut vegetables (onions, tomatoes, etc.) and missing flavors: Discktikka had not marinated and tandoor cooked windshield wipers and about Dal I honestly am just short words, it was just a disgust. I can eat better at home. Parotta was unchewable, Roti was dry while the garlic naan was fine. Ras Malai was too sweet and seemed like a finished/boxed. Urban Maharaja on the street seems to have a better understanding of the aromas.
