Located in Mercato of via Albani, this small box is a true gem of its kind. It offers the most tasty and natural, fresh soups (everyday you can discover a new type based on the season that truly warm your heart. Apart from soups that are my favorite, they also have fresh salads always changing so you can't get bored with the offer. Also there is a variety of yogut mousses with either fruits of bio chocolate/almond/nuts etc. and fresh fruit salads. The best part of this place is that once you order, in your meal (whichever you choose you can add extra contents (you can find them explosed from parmisan, soya, different sauces, plakes, yogurt with chia seeds, flax seeds, dried fruits .... An explosion of colorful tasty food!
