I tried a vegan tigella with cannellini bean cream and veggies, as well as a crepe made with their amazing gluten-free flour, filled with hummus and veggies. They also have sweet crepes with homemade hazelnut cream or jam. While I was eating, I had a nice chat with the owner who told me about their ingredients and how they started their small business. It was really interesting and she was very kind. I look forward to returning in the future! (Updated from previous review on May 5, 2023)
I tried the agricrêpe at this restaurant and was very let down by how bland and tasteless it was. The texture and look of it resembled wet cardboard, and it easily fell apart as I tried to eat it. It was made with chickpea flour, but the overpowering taste of chickpeas made it less enjoyable since it seemed not to be seasoned at all. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Owner really full of passion and desire to tell about his work and let us try his delicious products. He told us the story of the local and showed how to cook vegan tigelle and crêpes, very savoury and tasty. Surely we will go back and recommend it to everyone for those who pass from Via del PratEllo, it is worth it. FOR ME 5 stars Updated from previous review on 2022-12-24
We stopped by for a quick snack and decided to try the vegan tigella. The owner, who was charming and friendly, prepared the tigella for us right away. We had a nice chat about my trip to Italy and he even played a song on his Ukulele. The tigella was filled with bean and tomato cream, and topped with onions and cabbage. Overall, a delightful experience.
Great choice of tigelles and desserts for vegans, a mirage in Bologna! Raw materials of excellent quality and very low prices.
