Simply Cinnamon - Bolivar

My friend and I often stop by for coffee or tea, which usually tastes amazing, and we've never been charged for a refill until our last visit. Unfortunately, that experience was disappointing. We were charged for refills because we chose to sit outside on a bench instead of at a table. We also ordered food to go, which turned out to be quite expensive for the small sandwiches we received. When I got home, I discovered that the grilled chicken salad was missing the chicken, had very few vegetables, and almost no spinach. When my friend called the restaurant to address the issue, the employee was quite unpleasant.

This is a great spot in Bolivar for coffee and delicious pastries. Their cookies and cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazing! However, the breakfast sandwich could really benefit from a sauce or aioli to enhance the flavor. The coffee is good, but the decor is a bit overwhelming with too many signs and pictures on the walls, which makes it feel cluttered and detracts from the overall experience.

This delightful little eatery is a gem! The sandwiches are freshly made and incredibly satisfying. Their specialty coffees surpass those of the big chain cafés, the cookies are consistently soft and delectable, and the cinnamon rolls are enormous and simply divine. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and patient. I highly recommend this local deli!

Cute little place! I've been coming here off and on for years. I've had a couple unpleasurable experiences in the past that led me not to come here for a while. My parents had stopped to get some sweets to bring to the house and they were delicious. I decided to take my 2 and 4 year old here to take them out. First thing I noticed was the atmosphere. It was more inviting, cozy, decorated so beautifully for Christmas and super clean. I was thoroughly impressed and suprised because the last time I had came it wasn't like this. Newer Management? A professional man walked through and was polite to us and the workers. We ordered a Cinnomon roll that was big enough for my boys and I to share, 2 loco coco hot chocolates and A Holiday latte. All the drinks were very good and my boys loved looking at their nicely decorated Christmas tree picking out all their favorite ornaments. I have to say; whatever changed over the past couple years or so has made this place much more desirable to visit!! Larger menu, better options of food and drinks, welcoming, better signs explaining what they have and friendly environment. The food and beverages I've had in the past were just palatable and overpriced. If you're local; give this place another try!! And if you're out of town, stop in for a treat and a great coffee!!
