Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Bolingbrook

First time here and I order a flatbread not a smoothie lol. Decided to try the chicken pesto, for lunch and I have to say it was pretty good. You can add additional ingredients, but I think spinach would've been better than the tomato but that's not how it came. Comes with a free side as well or upgrade sides. Quick service as I ordered on the app. Will have to try a smoothie next time.

First and LAST time coming here. horrible customer service just down right rude! the cashier charles had both earbuds in his ears i wasn’t greeted at all and i had to repeat my order twice and still didn’t get my order right. he was very nonchalant i wasn’t greeted when i came in. i guess i was bothering him by coming in to spend my hard earned money! i’ll never be back here management should retain him seriously he will run the business to the ground!

Customer service could be better compared to other tropical smoothie cafes I’ve been to this one lacks in the customer service part. On a couple of occasions my smoothies were semi melted when ordering for pickup. Other locations I’ve been to they check and make sure to place on the fridge when I don’t make it in time.

This business did not open up at 7 as displayed on website and door. There was no inside all lights put and doors locked and no one answered the phone.
