Westside Drive-In - Boise

I am one of the many that came here based on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

They have such an extensive menu and I've tried tons of different things.

This walk-up diner breaks the mold in so many ways: the only eating area is outside, they offer prime rib on the weekends, and their signature dessert is

Westside Drive In is a culinary gem. Coming from Germany, I had the first Philly Cheesesteak in my life there, as well as mashed potatos with gravy. I was more than pleased. The ingredients are fresh, the taste is excellent. Moreover, the staff is veryfriendly. Thanks a lot for this great culinary experience!

Had to try the Ice Cream Potato while on a weekend trip to Boise! Very tasty! Wished we'd stopped here for our full lunch, quite the extended menu!
