Wendy's - Boise

Their fries are the best in the valley! ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, pommes and diet pepsi. delicious food, not only thrown together. fries were crispy. very hot and perfectly seasoned!

I found that the burgers at this restaurant were overloaded and the fries tasted stale, like they had been sitting out for hours. I don't plan on returning here. It's a shame because I have always been a fan of Wendy's. It was just a disappointing experience.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast for the first time in about a year. The woman at the window seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers this morning. I tried to place my order again today, but the man in the brown shirt rushed me and got my drink order wrong. When I corrected him and asked for a Coke, he seemed annoyed and yelled out to confirm if I had requested water instead. I clarified that I had asked for a Coke Zero, but he seemed uninterested and took the water back. This is not how you should treat customers. Additionally, taking food back over the window is a violation of health code regulations. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I wanted to fill out a satisfaction survey, but was not given the opportunity.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went to do an Uber Eats order at this Wendy’s. The guy told me to pull around to the parking lot, I said ok, and was going to ask “how do I get back to the parking lot, do I need to u-turn and come back around”? Before I got a word out he angrily yelled, “LIKE I SAID SIR PULL AROUND TO THE PARKING LOT IM THE ONLY PERSON HERE” he was breathing all hard and sweating everywhere. Unbelievable this is the guy you have running your store??? This happened on 7/25/2022 at around 10-11am. This needed to be addressed you can’t have your employees raising there voices for no reason.

Just got out of the drive thru from this place and I’m in shock how they’re still open. The person taking the order is not paying attention to what you are saying at all. You have to repeat yourself three times. Then they take 15 minutes to get your order (I thought this was fast food) for 2 basic combo meal. The employee didn’t tell me there was no sugar or a lid for my hot coffee. Avoid this place!!
