Tin Roof Tacos - Boise

I had a fantastic experience! On a Friday evening, there was a long line, but it moved quickly. The prices are very reasonable, and the tacos were amazing, paired nicely with some cold beer. I'm always on the hunt for good tacos in Boise, and Tim Roof really delivered. I’ll definitely be back for more tacos!

Wow! The tacos are absolutely delicious! We each had three bark tacos—ground bark with potatoes, brisket, and the "wobble." The Texan taco is the best! It’s filled with ground bark, salsa, and salad... so tasty! We’ll definitely be back for another outstanding experience. It’s hard to find a place where you can enjoy such delicious and affordable food. It's always worth the visit, and as always, the food and service are exceptional! The space is also quite spacious.

I visit this restaurant at least once a week. All the tacos are delicious, though I do have my favorites. The atmosphere is lovely, and the food is not only great but prepared quickly. The staff is always very friendly. I have no complaints about this place, except for the boxes that are often lying around when they arrive. I highly recommend it for a quick bite, but be sure to plan your visit, as it can get very busy with long lines at times.

We ordered 60 tacos and a bit dip for a little firm. we introduced the order a few days in advance (they demand 3 days in advance) they could perform the order without problems. I actually arrived at about 20min early and nothing was ready; but they had the order ready in a little over 10 minutes! service was good and they were friendly. tacos also tasted good. we ordered any Taco option they had in the menu. our favorite were the fried chicken and the garnels. in any case they want to go and eat them fresh in the restaurant. the tacos were quite small.

Amazing tacos. Great meat ratio. Unique seasoning. Looked and tasted fresh. Bit of a wait but it is a popular high quality place worth the 15 minutes for food preparation. Highly recommend this place. They also did a good job at our company event.
