Subway - Boise

Fresh tasty sandwiches. Steak and cheese on Italian herbs&cheese is my personal fave with lots of toppings ; make it a meal and add some tasty cookies. Four varieties today, chocolate chip and white chocolate my faves.

Placed an order through Door Dash for 2 footlong subs. 1 was a steak and cheese. I did not want it toasted because quite frankly the bread at this particular store is usually stale so toasting it results in pure crumbs and if the meat is warmed and then wrapped up it usually moistens the bread up so it 's not too bad. HOWEVER, because I said I didn 't want it toasted they literally sent me a stone cold steak and cheese sandwich. Unbelievable. How dumb does a person have to be to NOT KNOW to microwave the meat ? This is the 2nd time I have had this store do something SO STUPID ! Who eats a COLD STEAK AND CHEESE ? Will NEVER I do mean NEVER eat or order from a Subway again. I 'm DONE.

It's been 1 hour since I ordered my food and still nothing

I have to say, service at subways can often be slow and disappointing, but thanks to this young man, my experience was much more enjoyable! I don’t frequent subways often, but if I do, I would hope that he’s there because it’s so hard to find good and friendly people in customer service—especially when the pay is around $13 an hour. Most nice people steer clear of these jobs, but thanks to this young man, I had a great time enjoying my sandwich today!

I dined today at the Subway location on Overland in Boise, and I didn't encounter any unexpected surprises—either positive or negative—during my visit. The shift leader, Sydney, was more than capable of managing customer service and handling the workflow. I personally witnessed her skillfully making sandwiches, assisting at the registers, dealing with a significant beverage spill, and still managing to keep the customers satisfied. People like Sydney are a true asset to Subway.
