Pizza Hut - Boise

My Pizza was cold, normally The Hut is my favorite but this go around I was left sad. Its probably the lack of employees so I cant complain too much, I get it, however maybe next time dont offer delivery if you dont have enough drivers so pizza is still hot or at least warm.

Ok so I go to the pizza hut on ustick and maplegrove and they never make my pizza so fresh or my breadsticks they where so hard not fresh at all so I changed places amazing the pizza was so fresh and the breadsticks where so good I am so satisfied I will never go back to the ustick one ... State st only so satisfied

The pizza was super thin and not very warm. The delivery driver dropped the Cinnabons and spilt them everywhere; to his credit, he went back to the store and brought a fresh order.

I recently dined at the PH on W. State Street in Boise, ID, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, and our delivery arrived right on time—actually about 15 minutes earlier than we expected! The pizza we ordered was superb! Often, larger pizza chains can serve mediocre pizzas, but the one we enjoyed from W State St and 27th Street on October 15, 2022, was remarkable. My kids and I were all thrilled with it!

The only reason I’m giving this review one star is because the poor cashier, who did nothing wrong, was caught in the middle of this mess. My daughter even asked for the receipt, and the manager just crumpled it and tossed it in the trash. This location is just two minutes from my house, but I might take my business elsewhere, as other locations seem to be much more pleasant to deal with.
