Pizza Hut - Boise

I ordered two pizzas, 12 wings, a 2-liter soda, and a breadstick, which totaled $72. When I called the manager to see if they could help me find a better deal, he told me, "You'll have to go online; that's just how corporate operates." Since I was at work and unable to access the internet, I felt helpless, especially with my family waiting to eat. If it were possible to give a zero-star rating, I would have chosen that. This place is a complete rip-off.

They have fantastic service and are open quite late! I just wish their medium-sized pizza was a bit more affordable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and most importantly, the pizza was perfect. The thin crust was cooked just right—not overcooked at all. Thank you all for a wonderful meal! The cheese sticks were fantastic as well.

I've been ordering from this restaurant for quite some time without any issues, but tonight was a different story. I placed an order around 7:30 PM and waited patiently. When the delivery time arrived, there was no update on the tracker. After 30 minutes had passed, I decided to call the restaurant. A guy named Chandler answered and, when I explained the situation and provided my order details, he informed me that he was the delivery person. He told me to go outside and check door to door for my food, which he admitted was his mistake. His tone was quite rude for someone in a customer service role. It may not sound too terrible, but now I'm left here with cold pizza and wings.

I received the wrong order and didn’t get any marinara sauce. The staff also asked me twice if I was sure I wanted my change, which was odd. I didn't want to make a scene at the truck stop, so I just decided to accept the incorrect food.
