Pho Nouveau - Boise

We absolutely love this place! They offer a variety of vegan options, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about which menu items are vegan. Our favorites include the vegan pho, sweet and sour soup, tofu lettuce wrap platter, and tofu noodle bowl. The combination of warm and cool dishes is refreshing, delicious, and truly comforting. It's a popular spot, so be sure to arrive early and be prepared to wait, or consider placing an order during peak times before they run out!

I have the pho and it came with a lot of nice and a tonne noodles! define a bowl that I would share with someone next time. it was great though and reasonable price for the great! I would go back 100%!

It's hard to find pho restaurants in town that have veggie broth. Pho Nouveau does. It's veggie pho has all the veggies you expect to find in pho. The broth tastes a little sweet to me, but a little Siracha helps. This is a cute date place and serves beer and wine.

I had the tofu rice noodle bowl (bun), and it was delicious! It had a nice sweetness that wasn’t overwhelming. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the portion was generous. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to return to try more dishes.
