Panda Express - Boise

I am usually a fan of Panda Express, but this time I was very disappointed with the service. I saw my order of Green Bean Chicken just sitting on the counter while no one acknowledged me. I waited five minutes after my entrée had been placed on the steam table. Even the manager was busy helping an employee take a lunch break. Finally, another employee noticed that I was waiting in the dining area. I didn't receive any apology or acknowledgment that my order had been sitting there for so long, plus the time it took to prepare it. Overall, the service was very poor!

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and it has always been a great experience. However, things seem to have changed recently. The Chow Mein was not sweet or delicious like it used to be. It feels like the place might have changed ownership. I ordered chicken teriyaki, but it came without sauce, and the portion size was noticeably smaller than before, although the price is still the same. Overall, I'm a bit disappointed.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this restaurant. The portion sizes for both the sides and the proteins were inadequate. I did not receive my order as requested. To make matters worse, when I finished my meal and looked in the bag for the usual fortune cookie (one of the highlights of the meal), it was missing. I am very disappointed, but on the bright side, I now know which place to avoid in Boise.

The chow mine has so much cautious in it and there is hardly any more nudity. they get in the round a cauliflower with a few nudes here and there. the portion size is ok, but if they ask for half chow half rice and they give them 3/4 rice and two forks full of noodles something is wrong.

When we finally got the food home and opened the bag, it was not only cold and poorly packaged, but we also found several items missing from our order—at least $15 worth. Most of the food ended up being thrown away because it tasted terrible. I had ordered a kids’ meal with noodles, but my 2-year-old grandson received a box full of cabbage instead. The fruit that came with the meal was just a crushed bag of dried apples! I had to prepare something else for him because he flat out refused to eat it, which I completely understand. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. My son mentioned that while he was waiting, the restaurant wasn’t even busy. I also emailed customer support, but they haven’t responded yet. I absolutely do not recommend eating at this location. My son observed that the employees were rude and seemed indifferent about their jobs. Don’t waste your time or money here.
