Nara Ramen Izakaya West State Street Boise

EVERYTIME, every-time we order takeout the order is wrong! So tired of it!! We do sub add things to the ramen for dietary reasons personal preference.Order was SO wrong today I had to drive pack, wait for a long time until the made new.The ONLY reason I go back is because the ramen is good, service is HORRIBLE.

Ordered delivery since I was stuck at home without a car. They texted me that it had been delivered but it had not. I texted back and called several times and there was no answer. No way to get ahold of them and paid for food I didn't receive.

Placed an order for pickup online and was never notified that it was ready. Called the location over a dozen times and no one answered any of the calls. Eventually had to go down to the store just to find out that the order had been ready for hours. Food is normally good when it hasn't been sitting out....

We have been there more than a few times. I crave the spicy with extra spicy. So glad it's close to our house. Their seaweed salad is delicious!

I always get the pork chashu, which is really good and gives you a lot of food for the price, but decided to try the ramen this time. I ordered the gluten free miso with beef. there was only one thin slice of meat, which was disappointing (especially since I was sharing it with someone else). Going by the pictures, I'm assuming there's supposed to be more.
