Kfc - Boise

Years ago I gave up on kfc. It felt like something bad happened with the company. Orders were wrong, customer service went into the toilet. Today I decided to give them another try after all these years.Have been craving them for a couple of days now. I went to the online website for the store at South Federal Way in Boise Idaho. I have seen some bad reviews for the store but decided to give it a try. Looked at their menu and decided on the 8 piece Family Fill-up . Pulling up into the empty parking lot there 's a sign on the door saying the lobby is closed due to lack of personnel. So off to the drive-thru.I told my girl who was riding with me that they 're probably going to tell me that they don 't have the 8 piece for the online price of $20. As predicted they told me they don 't have the price of $20 but it would cost me $31 for 8 pieces of chicken and 3 sides she may have said 2 sides). Are you kidding me? Anyway, this is what I 've come to expect from KFC. I ordered no chicken and left. KFC is still a dump and a rip-off. Stay away.

Its food. Really disappointed in the quality of the chicken. Got a sando, it was ok but not very moist. Tenders were dry as a dad joke. I will not be back unless I just have no other options.

Why are they cooking to order? The chicken takes 30+ minutes and they are not keeping any ready to sell! They did not run out , they never had any intention of cooking more unless it had someone on the hook. Really bad management if they can 't keep things running smoothly.

I was there twice. I painted the spicy chicken sandwich both. the first time was ok, but the second time that the chicken was dry and barely warm, they should be cooked to order, but it was not definitiw. the staff was barely there and it seems that nobody cares.

I should have read the reviews before going to KFC. The chicken was crispy on the outside but tough and dry on the inside—my dog even struggled to eat it! The mac and cheese was dry and had a strange taste, as if it had been sitting out for a while. The only good thing was the coleslaw. It seems all KFC locations are the same, and the quality just isn't what it used to be. It's disappointing.
