Juniper - Boise

I went last night and none of the vegan items listed on the happy cow are served more. I had the garden salad with a milk-free dressing, but most of what they can offer can not even be changed.

Beautiful service and they are more than willing to change dishes, to be vegan!

They were from the Lentil-Beet burger when I was there, so I got the vegan rarmen and it was amazing! no complaining. (ask for siracha on the side for extra spice) update: only tries to get the vegan burger. it was disappointing. it was quite dry and had not tasted much.

I was hopeful for the rübenburger and was set down abruptly. the bunker fell apart the first time I took him up. the burger itself was muddy and pasty on the inside, gooey almost. I had a terrible stomach pain in the morning after I had eaten it. will not go back.

Was not impressed for brunch. In the past I had fallen in love with a vegan beet salad but that has since been taken off the menu. The beet carrot burger is good tho.
