I’ve been meaning to try the vegan doughnuts for a long time they were so good! Definitely will order again ?

Slow service, luke warm beverages. Got the order wrong. Food and donuts tasted great.What a cesspool. In this day and age where people are concerned about cleanliness and health and the prevention of spreading illness this place is the epitome of just the opposite. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. first thing we noticed was there was only one person in line ahead of us. The person working behind the counter never acknowledged our presence in the shop the entire time we were there before we left. There was a person passed out on the couch. Every single table was dirty. Will not go back again. Not worth the risk to my health. Not worth the lack of customer service. Not sure how this place stays in business. Very disappointed.

Their donuts are good--not my favorite, but they are definitely good. *Cough* bring back the Bart Simpson *cough*. Anyway, here is why I say five stars. My daughter has celiac. I went in today to get her a donut along with traditional donuts. The smart person behind the counter did something many places have not done, which was to ask me if I needed the gluten-free donut separated. I was totally in a hurry and forgot to ask. I don't think the employee understands how thoughtful that was and I appreciate it. It sounds like a small gesture, but to someone with Celiac--it's not!If Guru management/owners read these reviews, whoever was working today around 11am is awesome and very friendly. I would be mindful of the fact that she might get poached from another business one day as she clearly takes pride in her job.

The donuts were good, but not exquisite… A star is deducted for that simple fact. Why do we lose another star? We lose another star because no one should be bringing dogs into a food establishment unless they are service animals (which these particular dogs weren’t).
