Alex at the Milwaukee stand is incredibly energetic and polite. He was very engaging to talk to and delivered quick service with a smile. Will be going back definitely!
My only issue is the price… They keep raising it up a little bit at a time it’s getting to be a little bit too muchKid-friendliness: They have really good non-caffeinated options for kids
Worst location in the valley. I work very close by so I come to this location often, but after yesterday I probably won't go back. Very rude employees and unwilling to fix an issue where I was overcharged or even add a free shot to my drink to make it right in any way. I gave up and just ordered my same drink again that was made so horribly it tasted like actual vomit. I had to go back again to have it remade and was once again met with attitude and unhelpful employees. I'd rather drive 20 mins out of my way to get to a different location bc this one SUCKS
This is the dutch bros by my house I come to often. For months they’ve had one long line we sit in which doesn’t bother me to be honest but the past few times they’ve added a second random line next to the cars already in line. So the girl was helping the last car when I pulled up, another car pulled up behind me and then a white car came last and pulled up to the “other” line and I watched her skip us and go to that white car. It kind of made me mad that car just pulled up and got helped and two cars here first were skipped. I said something to her and she said she didn’t see who got here first but I did notice her help the one behind me next after someone else tried cutting. I get this makes the flow easier but it’s still not cool to make people wait longer who were here first. I don’t think I’ll come back if this is the new system and i’ll drive to black rock. Maybe give out numbers as cars enter so you know who pulled in first
