Chip Cookies - Boise

The biscuits were absolutely delicious! I especially loved the pumpkin flavor; they were wonderfully gooey, fresh out of the oven. They even gave us three bags to take some home!

After months of disappointment with their cookies, I've decided to give this place another chance. I can't even count how many times I've received the wrong cookies or incorrect orders when using their app. Frustrated, I deleted the app and ordered directly from their website almost 24 hours in advance. However, without any communication from the company, I received the wrong order at my door, along with a note (see picture), and it was delivered nearly 1.5 hours late. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company for special occasions or events.

I’m writing this with a heavy heart and a sense of disappointment. I’ve been one of their most loyal customers since the beginning. Yesterday, I bought a box of cookies and noticed that both the cookies and the box were noticeably smaller, yet the price for the four-cookie box remained the same. One of the cookies was barely larger than a mini cookie! I understand that inflation is affecting everyone, and perhaps that’s the reason for the change. I truly hope that when food prices eventually drop, their products will reflect that as well, and that this situation is just a temporary setback for customers.

2 times in a row chip has missed my delivery window. Both times I've had to call them. Both times they've said something is wrong with computers. Both times now I've waited and waited, and then have to wait even longer waiting for refunds to process. Terrible customer service.
