Chick-fil-a - Boise

I went there to the BSU student association for lunch after the orientation.

They made our food quick. the fries were a bit burned, but still good

The person who prepared my spicy chicken sandwich today deserves a raise. The presentation was impressive; it looked just like a well-styled photo you’d find online—with a large green lettuce leaf, thick slices of tomato, and a generous piece of chicken. Everything was arranged beautifully, rather than just thrown together. Plus, they managed to run a very efficient operation despite how busy it was.

I received friendly service and enjoyed a decent chicken biscuit. However, I was let down by the yogurt parfait I ordered, as it didn’t contain any granola, despite granola being listed on my receipt. It's not a major issue, though. Overall, the service was quick and pleasant.

The food at the Student Union location is decent, but it doesn't quite match the flavor of the official Chick-fil-A restaurants. I would recommend visiting the one on Broadway instead; it's nearby campus and the food tastes fresher there.
