Chicago Connection Pizza - Boise

Not impressed. Had a reservation for 10 for a birthday dinner. After speaking on the phone at 3 o’clock to confirm my reservation. I showed up at 6:50 with the staff telling me there is table service tonight. After I already had my reservationconfirmed. BUMMED

Thank you for going above and beyond when busy on a Friday night I thought I had asked for paper plates when I ordered but I must have forgotten. Delivery driver is awesome he went back and got us some which is highly appreciated as we have issues withour fridge and our dishwasher and wasn't relishing finding alternative things to use as plates. Additionally delivery was 30minutes faster than expected so a bonus.

I ordered a pizza here, and while my last experience was somewhat disappointing due to a burnt pie, the one I received this time was perfect and cooked just the way I like it. I gave them 5 stars! The beautiful blonde lady who assisted me at the front was impressive—unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she clearly has a great head on her shoulders. I really hope they keep her! It was absolutely perfect—just how I ordered it! I will NOT be going to the Fairview Chicago Connection anymore since they’ve messed up my last five orders. However, the downtown restaurant hit it right on the mark. The person on the phone actually listened to me and read my order back. He even said he would prepare it himself. My Chicago connection is definitely downtown!

This is the best pizza I've had in a long time! I was born in Illinois and have spent some time living between there and California, and then I moved to California full-time for a while. This pizza comes closest to the authentic Illinois flavor I've been missing, and I will definitely be returning. The staff here is also very friendly!
