Burger King - Boise

Didn't even get to order. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and ended up leaving when no one came back to take an order.

DoorDash crashed just after taking my payment. Thought it was my phone but after it failed to arrive, I called the store and asked if they had an order waiting. They did...and were 100% willing to remake it for me to pick up myself. Order was completely correct and very fresh. Employees were super apologetic, even though it was no fault of theirs. Thanks for saving my dinner!

I never write reviews, but this place is terrible and please don't go there. Literally, I waited for 2 full hours in the drive through maybe four cars, so they don't care in any way to get their food on time and it was cold until I finally got it. don't come here, it's really horrible

However, I returned today with my mother and had a terrible experience. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and didn’t smile once, despite us being very polite. She rolled her eyes at us and displayed an obvious lack of interest in her job. This completely changed my perception of the place. To top it off, she was eating when we arrived at 11:08 AM.

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service. I really appreciate the ladies in the breakfast area. They always get my order right, greet me with a smile, and are great conversationalists.
