The quality of the ice cream on the bar was very good, as were the chocolate dip, the peanut butter, and almond toppings. Overall, a really good ice cream dipped bar. They have an excellent assortment of toppings.

Bite Me BarsI recently had the opportunity to try Bite Me Bars in Meridian as part of a Yelp Elite Squad event. Located inside The Village shopping center, this small space is easy to walk past. If you like ice cream and unique desserts, be sure to check it out.Owner/operator Lauren has put her heart and soul into her business. Her father painted the interior. The Wish You Were Here is a reference to her mother, who passed away before she could see Lauren’s store open. Lauren loves plants and they are part of her store’s welcoming environment.I got to try Lauren’s Strawberry Shortcake bar, which she created especially for this event. I got to choose between a Vanilla, Chocolate or Huckleberry Ice cream bar. I love that Lauren uses Cascade Glacier ice cream made in Eugene, Oregon. I went with classic Vanilla. The bar was hand-dipped in dark chocolate, topped with a slice of pound cake and strawberries, then drizzled with strawberry sauce, before adding whipped cream and a slice of strawberry. It was delicious!I also got to try fresh squeezed Lauren’s Strawberry Basil Lemonade, which is seasonal. I liked that it wasn’t overly sweet, and the Basil was a unique twist. I also got to try a homemade Rice Crispy bar, which was huge.Next time you are looking for a fun family outing, a great way to end date night, or even a solo treat, consider Bite Me Bars.Highly Recommended!!!

Such a fun place and concept. Both the kids and the grownups were thrilled with the watching of the treats being made and the eating of said treats. Highly recommend!

First let me start by saying the young lady working there was great. She asked if we 'd been in my wife said she had but I had not. She gave me the run down and then threw a wrench into the mix by telling me I can build my own . At that point two other people had walked in and now the pressure was on. My wife ordered immediately and I had no idea what to do. The lady working had mentioned the two most popular ones so I went with one of them (the turtle). Now I know at this point your saying hey Jesse what was the other one? Well I don 't remember and I am sorry. It had Oreos involved if that helps. Anyway I had planned on getting the cheesecake option but when I told her the turtle she only asked what flavor from the ice cream options (vanilla, chocolate and huckleberry). So I panicked and went vanilla even though I wanted cheesecake. Now I 'm not saying I was disappointed at all I wasn 't. It was very good. Cold but that 's to be expected because well. You know. I 've cream... it was a fun and delicious treat and I 'm glad we tried it me for the first time and well however many times for the wife.
