A&w - Boise

Wouldn't answer the phone and then they blocked me, I was calling to ask how to do a delivery because I'm new to this. Terrible.

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The woman at the register was particularly wonderful.

I received the wrong order, and the chicken strips tasted old. To make matters worse, they were mopping the floor during lunchtime, so I had to endure the smell of floor cleaner while I was trying to eat. This is a sign of poor management!

I love the chicken pot pie! They do a very good job with there to go orders !

I enjoy A&W now and again when I don't have time for anything else. This one specifically was just awful. The fries were cold and nearly rock hard, the root beer was flat, and somehow even though the bottom bun of my burger was okay, the top bun was stale, dry, and hard. First and only negative experience I've had at an A&W.
