Arby's - Boise

I asked the manager to give kudo 's to the young girl who served me and he didn't care to hear what I said. the manager had little too no eye contact with me, the customer as I tried to tell him how impressed I was with the service I received. I don't think of any managerial material.

MANAGER is BEYOND RUDE and YELLED AT ME! Can’t believe you have this lady working here! She was unbelievably rude and when I confronted her she said “she was tired cause she had to work late and wasn’t trying to be rude”. What a poor excuse to use when being RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. She was working on 7/21 at around 10am with another gentleman. This needs to be addressed

The fryer was not working this evening, so I grabbed a $4 Reuben sammy after the gym and went to Sonic for my Onion rings. Overall the reuben was satisfying in flavor but lacked in sz. Worth the $4 W coupon, but at $4.99, there should be better Reuben sammy's in town.

Decent fast food. Mac&cheese was barely over room temp though :(Good service.

Employees are are so kind and helpful. Don't normally see that at fast food establishments.Good food and they are pretty fast! Have never had a bad experience!
