Arby's - Boise

I gave this restaurant 3 stars because the food is delicious, but it's not particularly healthy! Unfortunately, they were closed when we tried to stop by for a meal.

I wasn't impressed with my experience. I had to wait outside in the Drive-Thru instead of being served, and eventually, someone came out to bring me my order. When I got down the road to eat, I discovered they had given me horseradish instead of mayonnaise. I hate to sound picky, but it shouldn't be that difficult to get an order right.

The classic Arby's sandwich and Curly fries were just as I anticipated. The service was outstanding, and the restaurant was tidy.

Tried to order food from this location. Lobby is closed they say we have no help drive thru was 8 cars deep. I drive a semi I ask how am I supposed to order?The employee says your out of luck went next door to the KFC fully staffed and lobby open. Nevervisiting this location again. FYI this place is next to a truck stop so losing a lot of walk up business. Was one of many turnedaway.

I personally feel like arbsy could do better, not only for the employees but for the brand itself they personally have been slacking, pay is not the best, the promotions that get promoted either have already been promoted before or stuff that peopledon't like, I say talk to the employees, the employees make custom sandwiches all the time, they would really know what peoplewant to try and like... Arbys does have decent food, better than most.... Arbys, get it together please ????
