Vertigo Steakhouse Et Bar - Boisbriand

Last evening we celebrated a friend's birthday at Vertigo and it was the first time there for all of us. What can I say it was amazing! We all had a great time and our waiter was very nice and accommodating.

My experience at Vertigo was great!. The place does has amazing ambiance and very nice booths with lots of attention to detail. As other people may refer to a slow service, this was my kind of service; I like to get to a place where I'm not rushed into ordering and then kick me out with the invoice as soon as I order my dessert. Although, I didn't quite find fare or nice that a switch of server took place, they were both nice people but the first worked harder to offer us things out of our comfort zone and I was happy with his suggestions. We had 2 entries, 3 main dishes, 1 shaker drink and a pitcher of another drink, we didn't have dessert cause we had a cake on the car as it was my wife's birthday. Everything we had was absolutely well presented, tasteful, delicious and perfectly cooked. For me the total value was worth every penny. Now, will I go back!?. I can't wait! If you haven't I recommend you to try on a night out....Oh! I forgot. sports lovers! they do have big screens around!.

Vertigo is a great restaurant and bar with an amazing ambiance with lots of attention to detail. The service wasn't very friendly and slow at first, then a new waitress showed up to take over her shift, and things went well from that point on. I usually don't have fish, especially at this kind of restaurant, but I can say that the salmon with miso, ginger and maple was delicious and perfectly cooked. I still think the menu is about 10% too expensive compared to most restaurants of that calibre. That being said, I would definitely go back, but not that often because of the cost. I also recommend that the manager train his new young waitresses better. I recommend everyone to try on a night out!

Very good food and nice interior. Fancy menus and intersting desert. The issue is with service. It's much too long to get noticed, talked to and finally served even for a glas of water. Waiting for the bill like that is clearly not acceptable.

First time going to Vertigo and it's new years eve, my expectations were low going in. Wow was I ever wrong. We were 6 of us at our table, the restaurant was full around 190 people. Soup to start off, followed by mushroom and shrimp appetizer, followed by salad and the main course which for me was lamb but you had a choice of steak, fish, duck risotto and pork along with desert and a glass of champagne at midnight. All of this for $59.95 The chef came out several times during the evening making sure everything was ok. I recommend this restaurant.
