The service is also proportional to the abundance of drinking water and food in the Third World. In short, no service. Errors are as frequent as the broken electoral promises of our dear politicians. Do as your right to vote and don't go! Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I asked for extra whipped cream, I just had a mini scoop of whipped cream so I asked the manager to add some to me, she told me that if I wanted more I had to pay another extra of 0.70 cents I told her that they usually put more and she replied very stupidly that if I didn't pay another 0.70 cent she wouldn't do it for me. Plus she added cream to the iced cappuccino even though I had never asked for it. Very disappointed with her behavior I will never go back there.
If you're craving Tim's or just need something quick to eat, and find yourself at this location, do yourself a favor and take the few extra minutes to drive on to another location, any other location. This was my second time to this location, and I won't make the same mistake again. First time I found the person that served me to be rather rude and cranky, but passed it off as someone having a rough day. This time was just an overall poor experience. After placing my order, I was given a nice, hot coffee immediately, then moved to the counter to wait for the food. And that's where I stood for more than 20 minutes without anyone coming over to explain what was happening with my order. I did manage to figure out from the angry voices behind the counter that they'd run out of eggs and were waiting for a new batch to be ready. Eventually I could see some of our order sitting out, partially assembled, awaiting eggs, but it was several minutes before they were finally finished, giving everything else plenty of time to cool down before the egg was finally added and we were given a bag with our food. Luckily, I checked everything before leaving the store, as, after all that time, they hadn't even gotten the order correct, and I had to wait even longer to get my missing sandwich. All told, it took just short of a half hour for us to get our food after placing the order. By the time we got home a few minutes later, the eggs were the only part of the meal that was at all warm, and the whole meal was pretty unappetizing. I get that it was a busy time and things like this happen, but just didn't feel it was handled well at all. Even if someone had just come over and explained what was going on, apologized, perhaps offered to replace my no longer hot coffee with a fresh cup it would have made the experience somewhat more tolerable. The bar is pretty low when it comes to my expectations at Tim's, and this location managed to slip under it.
Asked for 3 donuts and 2 coffee with a cabaret to eat inside. No cabaret and missing a donut even though I paid for it. They explain to me that they no longer offer cabarets since the pandemic. Yet two couples at different tables. When I went back for the missing donuts, I was told that those who had cabarets were exceptions. The truth doesn't take away anything. Service: Dine in
