We received a very unfriendly greeting from the hostess, Manolie, who did not smile and had a negative attitude. She led us to our section without informing the waiter that we had arrived. After waiting for 20 minutes, we decided to leave, but a friendlier hostess assisted us. When the waiter finally came, he apologized and explained that he was unaware that we had been seated in that section. Despite the great service from the waiter and excellent food, the initial condescending greeting left a negative impression on the overall experience, leading us to award it only 1 star.

Went to Succursale Desjardins downtown Montreal Diner pricing very fair Food was great we all had different plates steaks to Lobster tail. Maria M was our server excellent service she made the difference wine a little pricy but food price is fair

The food and ambiance never disappoint, the service is always hospitable. I love the new renovations chic uber bar area. We had the spectacular, delicious ribs and fries, chicken tenders my favourite Louisiana salad. For dessert, in-house coffee cappuccino is my preferred choice as well as their cheesecake. The staff and owners are always cheerful and smiling. Love it at BR!

I went for lunch on the weekend and I must say that these are the best ribs I've ever had. The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Our meal was delicious and the ribs were incredibly tender. The service was outstanding, always ensuring we were taken care of and had a smile on their face at all times. It's a great place to stop for lunch or dinner.
