Wendy's - Bohemia

The experience at the drive-thru was disappointing. I had to go back and forth between two windows several times while placing my order!

During lunch hours, the service is quite slow. The drive-thru and parking lot are heavily congested, leaving no available parking spaces.

Today, I decided to go inside the restaurant to see how they prepare the food instead of using the drive-thru. I placed my order for an egg and cheese muffin and a large portion of seasoned potato chips on the kiosk. One employee was wearing gloves but was touching everything, and then he started making my muffin without fully reading the order because he was distracted while I spoke to another employee. They forgot to put the butter on my muffin, so I asked the second employee if it came with butter as stated on the menu. Instead of butter, they put sweet jelly spread on it. What a joke! Rather than focusing on customer orders, the staff seem more interested in chatting with each other. I suggest you don't waste your time and money here and consider going to a different Wendy's location. It seems like the manager or owner needs to hire better-qualified employees.

Quick, Fast, clean and consistent. Only got a breakfast sandwich. It was fine.

What Service?? this place literally makes you order yourself and serve your own drinks as well. Whats next im going to make my own sandwhiches too?
