Applebee's - Bohemia

I went to this restaurant with 11 friends last night. Everyone received their food, but then our server Kayla C informed me that unfortunately, my burger had been dropped on the floor. They were making another one for me. I waited while my friends ate and eventually, a different server brought me a second burger. As I was halfway through eating it, a third server brought yet another identical burger. I decided to take it home. When it came time to pay the bill, Kayla C charged me for two burgers. I questioned her about it, and she insisted that because they had cooked the burger, I had to pay for it. I expressed my displeasure with this policy and vowed not to return to the restaurant. Rather than apologizing for the mistakes made, the restaurant charged me twice. I left no tip, which is something I have never done before. I do not believe in rewarding bad service paired with a bad attitude. I advise steering clear of this Applebee's, and if you do end up going, avoid being served by Kayla C. (It appears that Kayla C has a recurring issue with providing multiple items, as she gave me three boxes to take home the extra burger.)

I was shocked to hear the old, worn-out white waitress with short blond hair say, "This is America, speak English." How can a server speak to customers in such a manner, especially when I was already speaking English, despite being Puerto Rican American? This type of behavior is unacceptable in today's diverse society. It was a rude and unprofessional, racist comment that left me feeling violated, especially since we were discussing Latina authors. Just a reminder to the bitter waitress - there is no official decree stating that the American language is English. There is no national language.

The restaurant is decent overall, but the standout dish is definitely the Bourbon Street Steak. This place is very kid-friendly and the service is great. The prices are moderate, ranging from $20 to $30 per person. The food is good but not outstanding, with a rating of 3 out of 5. The service, however, is excellent and deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere is decent with a rating of 3 out of 5. There is plenty of parking available, with free parking in a nearby parking lot.

Food was ok but they gave me a brisk iced tea for my first drink but then I had to ask 5 different servers for another brisk one telling me they dont carry brisk iced tea. And the food took forever to get to us

Good food and good sevice, that's why I went two times in one day. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
