I ordered the Palta Roll, that is described in their menu as a tempura large-size shrimp roll covered by avocado and ripe plantains. First, food was not fresh. Second, the rice layer was think, while the avocado and plantain pieces were extra thin. Third, the soy sauce cup was dirty, not cleaned properly. Lastly, upon hearing my thoughts on the food quality (as the waiter asked for my opinion about the roll), he did not say a word. His silence was giving consent.
