Abadia Colonial Restaurante - Bogotá

Not sure if it was a holiday on Monday or if most of the restaurants on Sunday were close... but I was pleasantly surprised to find the food, wine at very affordable prices and the service at great! We had rice balls for...Attizer and then the shrimps. Bravo!

Even after many years the terrace is quiet and welcoming. Although the prices for this area were somewhat high, Steaks were perfect. 3 of us 1.pimenta, 2.blue cheese and 3.mushroom . Wine price up there, but who could resist!

After years of traveling, I often find myself going back to restaurants that I really like, as if I don't want to risk being disappointed. Although I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, the restaurant was closed the whole time. However, I was graciously...offered the opportunity to privately sample their cuisine before I left. ¡ESTUPENDO!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere, patio is peaceful and upper level is romantic, and is heated, with an out door balcony. I was with a group of 10 friends and we enjoys hours there, wine on the balcony,and complete menu from pizza to fillet Mignon....They will even decorate the table with rose petals for an engagement moment! Ayuuuuuuuu! Try it, you'll LOVE it! It is one of the few nice places in the Candalaria open on Sunday evening. Good lunch menu too! I ate there 4 times in one month! Enough said? Big Yes!
